BC Housing Market basically collects leads of potential home buyers especially first-time home buyers and connects them with the developers and realtors directly which helps developers to sell their building project in pre-sale and give home buyers a "steal" price making a win-win opportunity for both.

Student Help Union - A Community of helpers and International Students in Canada founded by Jap Singh.
Jap Singh himself felt helpless and lonely many times while his journey in Canada as an International Student. Finding accommodations, jobs and moral support are some of the major problems of any international student in Canada.
Student Help Union started as just a WhatsApp group and in merely few weeks of starting the group the member limit exceeded. Jap Singh quickly realized the need of connecting the community with similar interests and issues.
Student Help Union started different groups to help new students in finding accommodations (haoose group), jobs (JobAndGigs group), Immigration Support (IMSU group), and many more.
Currently Student Help Union has more than 5000 active members (consolidated) and are growing rapidly fast.
